Back Matter Magazine

Back Matter magazine is the student publication of the Creative Publishing and Critical Journalism MA program at The New School For Social Research. I was one of two Print and Web Designers, and created 4 feature spreads for the print issue, and produced much of our digital content as well.

Being student work, I readily experimented with the technologies available to me at the time, and created some promo materials on my own, including a poster which I later animated while learning After Effects. Additionally, I "recruited" my dad and brother into participating in a social media commercial I made for our Spring 2023 issue launch party in SoHo.
